At the spring meeting, a final version of the 2021 financial statements was not yet available. With the consent of the Federal Council, consideration of the final version was postponed until the fall meeting. On December 8, at the fall meeting, the Federal Council approved the 2021 financial statements and discharged the board of directors from liability for the policies pursued.
Whereas in previous years the Supervisory Board reported verbally on its supervisory work, this year’s report was also in writing. Click here for the Supervisory Board’s report.
The 2021 Evaluation Memorandum, in which the Executive Board reports on its work, had already been approved by the Federal Council in the spring 2022 meeting.
